4. SMS Mobile Messaging & Third-Party Sharing

We take SMS privacy strictly in accordance with CTIA and U.S. carrier regulations.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (such as our SMS gateway provider, Twilio) is permitted strictly to deliver the messaging service.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will strictly not be shared with any third parties.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies (such as cloud hosting providers and AI API processors) to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your data only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are strictly obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Note: Images processed through our enterprise AI APIs are not used to train public AI models.
